RescueTime is a personal and employee time tracking tool that works in the background to monitor how time and attention is spent. It offers a powerful visualization tool, showing graphical breakdowns of time spent by category, application, web site, or document and allow you to analyze this data by day/week/month as well as by individual/department/division in your company. It's like having meticulously crafted timesheets with none of the work. RescueTime also offers a goal and alert system to help people spend their time more effectively.
